An enterprise shall be classified as a micro, small or medium enterprise on the basis of the following criteria, namely: —

• (i) a micro enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed one crore rupees and turnover does not exceed five crore rupees;
• (ii) a small enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed ten crore rupees and turnover does not exceed fifty crore rupees; and
• (iii) a medium enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed fifty crore rupees and turnover does not exceed two hundred and fifty crore rupees.

Government has organised a full system of Facilitation for Registration Process

• An enterprise for the purpose of this process will be known as Udyam and its Registration Process will be known as ‘Udyam Registration’
• A permanent registration number will be given after registration.
• After completion of the process of registration, a certificate will be issued online.
• This certificate will have a dynamic QR Code from which the web page on our Portal and details about the enterprise can be accessed.
• There will be no need for renewal of Registration.
• Our single window systems at Champions Control Rooms and at DICs will help you in the process.
• Registration Process is totally free. No Costs or Fees are to be paid to anyone.

MSME Registration is free, paperless and based on self- declaration

• MSME registration process is fully online, paperless and based on self-declaration.
• No documents or proof are required to be uploaded for registering an MSME.
• Only Adhaar Number will be enough for registration.
• PAN & GST linked details on investment and turnover of enterprises will be taken automatically from Government data bases.
• Our online system will be fully integrated with Income Tax and GSTIN systems.
• Having PAN & GST number is mandatory from 01.04.2021.
• Those who have EM-II or UAM registration or any other registration issued by any authority under the Ministry of MSME, will have to re-register themselves.
• No enterprise shall file more than one Udyam Registration. However, any number of activities including manufacturing or service or both may be specified or added in one Registration.          

DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES :

             1) TS-iPASS : Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System,2014 has been introduced by the Telangana                            Government to obtain the Approvals/Clearances required by the entrepreneurs to establish the New Industrial Units. The entrepreneurs has to file their applications through on-line for getting approvals. The District Level Committee under the chairmanship of the District Collector will review   the progress every fortnight in the District.

2) New Industrial Policy: The Telangana Government has introduced the T-IDEA and T-PRIDE schemes for the General and SC/ST entrepreneurs and issued the G.Os.28,29,30 Industries &Commerce which will be in force 1.1.2015 to 31.3.2019 offering various Types of Incentives such as Investment Subsidy, Power Cost Reimbursement, Interest Subsidy, Sales Tax Reimbursement etc. The details can be viewed in web site http://industries.telangana.gov.in

3) Availment of Incentives: After commencing the production the entrepreneursshoud apply for various types of incentives within six months through on-line in the web site of TS-iPASS.

4) PRIME MINITER EMPLOYMENT GENERATION PROGRAMME (PMEGP): This is an Self Employment Scheme for the un-employed youth introduced by the Central Government from 2008-2009. The candidates have to be apply through on-line in the web site www.kviconline.gov.in

Introduction: 

Jagtial is one of the district situated is Northern part of Telangana State endowed with rich natural resources for agriculture. The district has made rapid strides in agricultural production since establishment of SRSP.

INDUSTRIAL SCENARIO:

There is one Medium scale industry Sri LaxmiNarsimha Oils Pvt.lt at Medipalli(M) and one Large scale industry namely Nijam Deccan Sugar in the district ( both the industries are closed for different reasons). The important industrial units in small scale sector are Cotton Ginning, Cold storages, Rice mills and Stone Crushers.

Industries:

1.Existing MSME & Large Industries

Crops: 

The principal crops grown in the district are Paddy, Maize, Cotton, Pulses, Soyabean and Turmeric. The district is a major rice producer where two crops of rice was taken up. Groundnut is the main oil seed crop. Other important crops grown in the district are Soyabean, Redgram, Blackgram, Greengram, Bengalgram, Cowpea and Sesamum.

Major Horticulture crops grown in the District are Mango, Turmeric and Vegetables

Mineral Resource:

• Jagithyal is enriched with minerals like Multi Colour Granite useful for decorative purpose, stone & metal useful for building and road constructions and also sand, morrum, bricks useful for house constructionpurpose.
• Multi Colour Granite available in the district is quarried by various private lease holders and is being marketed under the trade names of “Tan Brown, Maple Red, Sapphire Brown, Coffee Brown, Royal Red” Building Stone & Road Metal is also quarried from grey granite hillocks and also from Sand Stone formation which is useful for civil construction works of Government and Privateworks.
• The main activity of minerals is found in Jagithyal, Raikal, Sarangapur, Beerpur, Dharmapuri, Buggaram, Pegadapally, Gollapally, Mallyal, Kodimyal, Velgatoor, Korutla, Metpally, Mallapur, Ibrahimpatnam, Medipally, KathalapurMandals. In Jagithyal, Pegadapally, Gollapally, MalyalMandals Granite quarry leases are located. Around Velgatoor, Buggaram, Kodimyal, Korutla some Stone & Metal quarry leases and stone crushers arelocated.
• Establishment of Autonagar at Dharoor(V) &Narsingapur(V), Jagtial(M), JagtialDistrict:

An extent of 34.09 Acres pertaining to SRSP Project lands for establishment of Autonagar proposed at Dharoor&Narsingapur Villages.

• Establishment of Industrial Park at Sthambampalli(V), Velgatur(M), JagtialDistrict:

An extent of 201.31 Acres of Govt. land, 27.35 Acres of Assigned land and 20.14 Acres of Patta lands

totaling to 250.00 Acres situated at Sthambampalli(V), Velgatur(M), Jagtial district has been identified forestablishment of Industrial Park.

• Establishment of Mega FoodPark:

 Govt. lands have been identified measuring 50 to 100 Acres suitable for Industrial Parks in Dharmapuri, Pegadapalli and VelgaturMandals. Extent of 75.00 Acres situated at Sthambampalli(V). also identified for industrial purpose.
